THE SCHEME
The site is located on Seagull Lane, Newham, London E16 adjacent to the DLR line which stretches from Tower Gateway to Beckton.
This mixed-use development comprises of 5nr Cores (Phase 2a and 2b) for 532 residential units set within buildings up to ground plus 15 stories in height, with associated car and cycle parking, landscaping, amenity spaces and other associated works.
Pantera is currently working on Phase 2B which consists of cores 1, 2 and residential facilities.
