MAT GLENDENNING

Mat joined Pantera as a qualified carpenter in the early 2000s. He continued his education and achieved a first-class degree in Quantity Surveying. Mat's role evolved alongside the business, eventually becoming the Commercial Director, where he built the commercial and procurement department and implemented systems to meet Pantera's needs.

Over the years, Mat has completed several management and leadership courses, enabling him to progress to Managing Director of Pantera South East, a division of the group overseeing all projects outside of London in the South East of England. Mat brings extensive experience in delivering multi-million-pound carpentry projects, applying a simplified approach to benefit both his clients and staff.
