Designed with sensitivity to its surrounding architecture, One Tower Bridge blends four subtle styles across eight blocks. Each apartment has been individually considered to ensure every demand of contemporary luxury living is met with interiors designed by Conran and Partners, Darling Associates and United Designers.

Pantera worked on 3 blocks, Balmoral, Sandringham and Hanover with a project management team of 8 overseeing our operation of 90 tradesman, subcontractor and logistics staff. Material deliveries were controlled off site in Pantera's distribution centre and taken daily on a 'just in time' basis. This was a step change for Pantera to be involved in an £8m project completed in 14 months and it has shown how capable we are on this type of scheme and have been used for many other since. It has also quickly generated new supervisors and project management for the company.

One Tower Bridge was a technical challenge in terms of design and management. It was a milestone project for our business and an iconic London Prime Residential scheme for Berkeley Homes.
