THE SCHEME
250 City Road is a landmark luxury development by Foster + Partners, offering panoramic views of London. Spanning 4.8 acres, it includes 953 residential units, a hotel, retail, office spaces, and leisure facilities, with 2 acres of public realm. The development consists of 11 blocks, including two towers—Tower 1 (42 storeys) and Tower 2 (36 storeys).
Pantera has contributed to three phases:
- Phase 1: 289 units across Blocks 1, 2, and Tower 1, plus joinery for the gym, spa, lounge, and reception.
- Phase 2: 289 units across Blocks 2, 3, 4, and Tower 2.
- Phase 3: 228 units across Blocks 7 and 8 (ongoing).
The Project is named 250 City Road. The overall project consists of 953 residential units, a hotel, retail space, commercial office space, affordable office space and leisure facilities all set over 4.8 acres of land, including 2 acres of public realm. The development is made up of 11 blocks consisting of a mix of private, shared ownership and social rented accommodation and includes two towers. Tower 1 (42 storeys) and Tower 2 (36 storeys)
Pantera has worked on 3 phases of 250 City Road to date. Phase One comprising of 289 units over Block 1, Block 2 and Tower 1. Phase One also included joinery works to the gym and spa area, residents’ lounge and reception areas. Phase 2 with 289 units over Blocks 2, 3 & 4 and Tower 2. Pantera are currently working on phase 3 to achieve 228 units over Blocks 7 and 8.
