The Rowan Park development located in Mitcham, Surrey was named '2012 Project Winner' at the Housing Design Awards for its family friendly layout and community facilities. The development of 217 Level 4 code for sustainability was praised for going beyond it's sustainability brief and delivering new style and identity for the area. Pantera carried out the cladding, roofing, external and internal carpentry work and finishings on all 217 units including an existing old school building converted to apartments.
