Part of the regeneration of Elephant and Castle, this development is one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK. The first two floors of retail space and the rest divided into 3 residential towers, 2 of which were private rented and 1 for student accommodation, offering over 600 units in total.

Pantera worked on the North Tower which consisted of 272 studios over 18 floors for student accommodation. Installing kitchen pods, 2nd fix works and doors throughout the entire building. This project was completed in 12 months.
