PETE MILLS

Pete was one of the founders of Pantera Carpentry 25 years ago, starting with a small team of carpenters who had worked together for many years. A carpenter by trade with other previous roles in banking, sales and media Pete has led the business as Managing Director and now Group Managing Director for the past 18 years. During this time he’s trained in leadership at Ashridge Business School as well as other bespoke leadership programmes. He has an in-depth knowledge of all areas of the group including Health and Safety, environmental, construction, commercial and finance.
