MEET
JOHN GOODALL

John joined Pantera in early 2017 as Senior Estimator, bringing many years of specialist carpentry and joinery experience. He has worked across all commercial sectors, beginning his career as a trainee with a PQS practice in central London. John then moved to a national main contractor before transitioning into specialist carpentry and joinery sub-contracting, where his role evolved from Quantity Surveyor to Estimator.

Throughout his career, John has gained extensive experience in residential, commercial, leisure, and government projects. He has contributed to award-winning residential schemes for Canary Wharf and Berkeley Homes, as well as public buildings like the Natural History Museum and Royal Opera House.
