ADAM COLEGATE

Adam joined the construction industry and trained as a carpenter with Pantera after a successful career as a business leader in a different industry. He quickly demonstrated all the values of a Pantera team member, with a strong appetite to learn the trade at a fast pace. Once Adam had developed his carpentry knowledge, he was swiftly promoted to supervisor, where he applied his previous skills to running construction projects, building and training teams, and delivering excellent service to clients.
