ADAM COLEGATE

Adam joined the construction industry and trained as a carpenter with Pantera after a successful career and business leader in a different Industry.  Adam demonstrated all the values of a Pantera personnel early on, with an appetite to learn the trade at a fast pace.  Once Adam’s carpentry knowledge was formed, it was an easy promotion to supervisor as Adam implemented his previous skillset directly to running a construction project, building and training the team as well as serving the client.
