This joint venture for Linden Homes and Crest Nicholson comprises of the construction of over 400 homes on the site of a former Victorian Hospital. The development is both new-build residential as well as homes created out of the conversion of some of the existing buildings on the site. Pantera completed all the refurbishment works for both developers including complete replacement of joists, roofs and external structures. We also completed the carpentry work on all of the new-build houses for Linden Homes.
