Central St Giles

down

A mixed-use development designed by the Italian Architect Renzo Piano. This striking building was his first work in the UK. Notable for its bold façades with vivid shades of green, orange, red and yellow, it has attracted high-profile tenants such as Google. Split between 2 buildings, the 15 storey West block consists of 109 residential apartments while the larger 11 storey Eastern block is comprised of office space, retail and restaurants. Pantera were involved mainly in the residential section, where the high specification internal package included corian works to the bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, suspended fire ceilings and inset balconies.
